Packet Pick-Up: 03/31/23 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm

Goldston's Beach, White Lake, NC

• Runners will come to pick up their T-shirt and race number between 4 & 6.

• Begin set up: vendor and sponsor tents/tables, grill set up, stage, Start/Finish Line, Cones, drop off supplies, etc.

Race Day: 04/01/2023

Goldston's Beach, White Lake, NC

• 5K Race to begin at 8:30 am

• 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk to begin at 8:35 am

• Early arrival to complete set up

  • set up cones along the road and water station on the route.​

  • water/banana table & finisher medals for the finish

  • final vendors/sponsors

  • entertainment

  • etc.

Thursday, 03/30/23:

• We will NOT need Volunteers on Thursday. :) 

Friday, 03/31/23:

• Packet Pick-Up: 4:00 - 6:00 pm (Volunteers arrive by 3:30 pm)

• Friday afternoon Set-Up: 3:00 pm

Saturday, 04/01/23: 7:00 am (unless otherwise noted.)

• Saturday (race day) Set-Up & Prep.: 7:00 am

• Route Volunteers: Stationed along the road to cheer and direct runners.

• Water Station Volunteers

• Finish Line Volunteers (medals, water, photos, etc.)

• Cook Out

• Clean Up: Before, during, and after event
