How To Win The Battle In Your Mind:
Steps to having a great week:
1. You don't have to be ashamed of your struggle with mental health. The mind is a battlefield and you are not alone in this battle. As a matter of fact, we don't want you to go at this battle alone. 2. It takes more than prayer! When prayer is not enough, examine where you are hanging your thoughts (Meditation)! Find creative ways to shift your thoughts by meditating on good, wholesome, uplifting thoughts of inspiration.
(Examples maybe: Listen to worship music, Read a book, memorize scripture and meditate on it, take a walk and listen to a podcast or find a friend to speak into your life)

3. Jesus is Savior and Lord so He can help you control your mind.
